In September, air traffic in India witnessed a substantial 18% year-on-year increase, totaling 1.22 crore passengers, as reported by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. IndiGo, under InterGlobe Aviation Ltd., maintained its stronghold in the domestic aviation sector, commanding an impressive market share of 63.4%.
