Tata Motors is set to invest Rs. 150 crore to acquire a 27% stake in the logistics startup Freight Tiger.

Tata Motors and Freight Commerce Solutions Private Ltd have entered into a Securities Subscription Agreement (SSA) and a Shareholders Agreement (SHA). This agreement outlines the acquisition of a 26.79% stake in ‘Freight Tiger’ for a total amount of ₹150 crore. Tata Motors and Freight Commerce Solutions are formalizing their investment in ‘Freight Tiger’ through these agreements. The stake acquisition represents a significant move in their strategic partnership.
